Cement stock bricks are known for their superior strength and smooth finish. They are ideal for single or double story layering.

Red in color and used for general building purposes and foundations.

Collection can be made from our plant in Sapphire Street, Klerksoord, or alternatively we offer delivery with our own fleet of trucks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : AKLEX BRICKS​
(Refunds, Deliveries & Related Policies)
1. Delivery Timeframe

Deliveries can take up to 14 business days from the date of payment.

In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supplier delays, mechanical issues, or high demand, deliveries may take longer.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
-
No deliveries or collections take place on Sundays or Public Holidays.
2. Delivery Conditions

Aklex Bricks does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, delays, or costs once the delivery vehicle has left our premises.

The customer must ensure the delivery site is accessible and safe for offloading.

If delivery cannot take place due to access issues, a redelivery/transport fee will be charged.
3. Strict No Refund Policy

Aklex Bricks operates under a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.

Once payment has been made and your order is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
-
Delays within, or beyond, the 14-business-day delivery timeframe

Colour variations
-
Over-ordering or cancelling after dispatch

Customers who refuse delivery will still be liable for full payment and transport costs.
4. Returns on Delivery (If Accepted by Aklex)

If Aklex Bricks agrees to accept a return on the same day as delivery, a 20% handling and transport fee will apply.

Returned goods must be in the same condition as delivered.

Acceptance of returns is solely at Aklex Bricks’ discretion.
5. Colour Variation

Brick colour may vary due to the manufacturing process.

Customers are encouraged to view samples at our offices before placing orders.

Colour variation is not grounds for refund, return, or complaint.
6. Breakage Policy
-
A 7% breakage allowance applies on all stock and cement bricks.
-
Breakage within this allowance is normal and will not be replaced or credited.
7. Proof of Delivery
-
Aklex Bricks trucks are equipped with cameras and load-verification systems.
-
These recordings confirm that full loads are dispatched and offloaded.
-
No claims of shortages will be entertained without supporting evidence.
