Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Code 14 Driver to operate our tri-axle crane trucks for delivering cement maxi and stock bricks to customers. The ideal candidate will have a valid Code 14 license with a PDP, at least 5 to 10 years of driving experience, and a strong track record in safe and reliable delivery. A crane operator certification is an added bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate tri-axle crane trucks to deliver bricks to customer sites safely and efficiently.

•Ensure all deliveries are made on time and according to customer requirements.

•Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the truck and crane are in good working condition.

•Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all road safety regulations.

•Handle the crane and load/unload bricks safely and accurately (if certified as a crane operator).

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager/Factory Manager to maintain and manage the operations of our cement maxi and stock brick manufacturing plant. This role requires expertise in CO2 welding, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with a focus on both maintaining equipment and leading production staff. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth plant operations and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Maintenance:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant machinery, hydraulic systems, electrical and pneumatic systems, and trucks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Production Support:
• Work alongside the Production Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support production schedules.
• Supervise and guide production staff, helping maintain quality and efficiency.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring proper training.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to boost plant efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience:
• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience with CO2 welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience managing or supervising production teams is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance
